10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the states of Texas and Florida, without regard to their conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the relevant county where the property is located, or if no property is involved, in Dallas County, Texas, to resolve any legal matter arising from these terms.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
